新北市國小教師對學校效能影響因素的評估：一種學校資源利用的觀點

摘要

本研究旨在以學校資源利用的觀點，檢視新北市國小教師對於學校資源利用影響學校效能的評定。利用Grubb等人對學校資源的主張，以外生資源、簡單資源、混合資源、複雜資源與抽象資源為本研究的架構，據此進行問卷調查，共有478位教師參與研究。研究結果如下︰一、學校資源會影響學校效能，但不同學校資源所產生影響程度高低有別；二、不同地區國小教師對學校資源影響學校效能的評定存有不同；三、「特色學校認證」變項不影響國小教師對學校資源影響學校效能的評定。最後，本研究提出三項政策上的建議。

The purpose of this study take advantage of resources utilization views, examining New Taipei city teachers' judgement of impact of school resources on school efficiency. Based on the proposition of Grubb resource type, a questionnaire survey was administered to 478 teachers who were drawn from 59 elementary schools in New Taipei city. The main conclusions were as follows: (1) School resources have an influence on school effectiveness, but resources from difference schools will lead to distinct levels of influence. (2) With regards to the issue of what extent do different not make any differences on the judgements of school efficiency. Based on the aforementioned findings, this study provides implications for policy making.
