This paper aim to explore polysemy in motion verb "guo" in Taiwan Southern Min, especially the metaphor TIME IS SPACE. First from guo's core semantics, we analying the Lexical Semantics of guo with image schema. In the movement of space, starting, end and path, the image schema is dicersity and extends many difference semantics. The result of the analysis concludes the three major semantic extension paths: (1) conceptual metaphor from space to time; (2) to surpass, from over the space line; and (3) aspect, from experience. We also found that verb "guo" in Taiwan Southern Min is more diverse than Mandarin. For example "kuè-tsuí / kè-tsuí" of different levels of semantics: through the river, water seepage bowl and too ripe fruit.
