敦煌系《壇經》神秀慧能三偈成全說帖

摘要


敦煌系《六祖壇經》裡面,神秀與慧能組成的三偈,歷來在研究學者說法紛紜,彙整之後,除了偽作說有共識外,將此段視為神話傳說。然後,對於傳法偈的分析有三大主流觀點:功夫說、法門境界說、三關說。本文以此為基礎,試圖重新檢討三偈的觀點各有其優點和缺點。因為這些解釋的不足,提出以故事敘述「成全說」作為基礎觀點,用來重新詮釋此段《壇經》經典故事。因此,在此傳說故事視角之下,重新梳理慧能與神秀的師兄弟的關係,應該可以採用師兄弟之間相互成全的模式重新理解,如此解釋的過程中,應該也過去說法比較「合理」「合戒」。後面,再以補充模式說明第三偈不是衍出,而是另有深意。《壇經》編寫創作上,還是有一定禪門學理依據。

In the Dunhuang Department of the Sixth Mantra, the three sacred sects of Shenxiu and Hui Neng have always been divided by research scholars. After the reorganization, there are three mainstream views: Kung Fu, Famen, and Sanguan. Based on this article, attempts to re-examine the views of Sancha have their own advantages and disadvantages. Because of these shortcomings, the "comprehensive theory" is used as a basic point of view to reinterpret the classic story of this series of Tanjing. Therefore, from this perspective, re-combing the relationship between Huineng and Shenxiu's brothers should be re-understood by a model of mutual complementarity. In the process of such interpretation, it should be said that the "reasonable" "combination" is more common. Later, in the supplementary mode, the third is not derived, but another deep meaning. In the preparation and writing of Tanjing, there is still a certain theoretical basis for meditation.
