摘要

憑藉著豐富的石油資源稟賦和地緣戰略位置，伊朗被認為是印度尋求建立戰略夥伴關係的最佳對象之一。與此同時，由於近年來經濟迅速增長，石油消費巨大，且自身資源有限的新興大國印度也使伊朗也有意願與之接近。儘管如此，兩國之間的關係並沒有獲得明顯提升。雙方在外交戰略目標上存在的認識分歧差異，導致兩國關係發展水準受限於第三國－美國。未來印度與伊朗的關係仍將繼續保持「不冷不熱」的困局。

With abundant oil resources and geopolitical strategic position, Iran is considered to be one of the best targets for India to seek strategic partnership. At the same time, because of the rapid economic growth in recent years, oil consumption is huge, and the emerging power of India, with its limited resources, also makes Iran close to it. Nevertheless, the relationship between the two countries has not been significantly improved. The differences between the two sides in their diplomatic strategic objectives have led to the development of bilateral relations limited by the third country - the United States. In the foreseeable future, the relationship between India and Iran will continue to remain ＂hot and cold＂ dilemma.
