關於夏目漱石「翻譯」言論之一考察─自『坪內博士與「哈姆雷特」』談起─

摘要

本論文以夏目漱石其相關「翻譯」之重要言說─『坪內博士與「哈姆雷特」』（1911）為起點，併讀當代與其「翻譯」相關的大家言論，如二葉亭四迷，歐森外等，加以考察分析，以闡明漱石之「翻譯」言說在當代諸言論之特色與先見性。並以其結果，加入日本当時的西洋近代化其特殊背景，闡述漱石自身對於西洋與日本的根本性上的差異之洞察，發展出超越普遍既定價值上的「翻譯」觀。最後聚焦〈翻訳者〉的位置與行為這個新觀點，嘗試再評價漱石「翻譯」言論的意義。
