摘要

共軍發展新式戰法時，「資訊心理戰」成為其打贏信息化條件下戰爭的重要發展工具。共軍為推展「資訊心理戰」，從事各項組織建構，具體作法包括建立資訊心理指揮中心、建構心理諮商網路、強化心理治療機構、組建心理訓練基地、制定部隊心理戰編制體制及組建資訊保障基地等內容。國軍為反制共軍資訊心理戰的影響，可從「資訊戰力」、「心戰組織」、「心戰人才」及「心戰裝備」等方面著手，以逐步建構現代化資訊心戰戰力。
