茉莉花革命浪潮下中國民主改革的可能性－人民符號策略與黨國維權的拉鋸戰

摘要

發生於北非、中東地區的「茉莉花革命」，掀起一段大規模反政府示威運動的浪潮，引起全球的高度關注。本文針對中國大陸「茉莉花革命」的條件進行分析，探討其雖以符號與社群網站結合成為「茉莉花革命」的成功關鍵為借鏡，加強對網路的監控，抑制革命符號、話語的擴散，但嚴格的把關機制終難管控符號運用的靈活性。中共在面對國際上許多與其交往甚密的獨裁國家紛紛倒臺後，內部又必須面對層出不窮的抗議事件，這種由外而內的民主化趨勢，對其政權的影響恐怕難以估計。

”Jasmine Revolution” not only caused great concern around the world but also waged a wave of massive anti-government protest movement in North Africa and the Middle East. This paper focuses on the conditions of China's Jasmine Revolution. In which, China has learned the lesson from combination of symbols and social network, which were the key of the success of Jasmine Revolution, to monitor network, and to inhibit revolutionary symbols and discourse proliferation, but it is still hard to control symbols whose use is flexible. After facing the collapse of many China's closed international authoritarian states, China also has to tackle endless protests. It woule be difficult to estimate for Chinese government when the democratic trend has been rised from inside to outside.
