摘要

在2012年11月份的新一波以巴衝突中，以色列發展的「鐵穹」系統傑出的表現使其聲名大噪，並成為全球注目的焦點。而這套系統的誕生使得長期處於火箭攻擊威脅下以色列民眾的恐慌得以減緩。然而，看似單純為了反制激進組織如「哈馬斯」與「真主黨」的火箭攻擊而設計的「鐵穹」系統，卻對於以色列，甚至中東地區而言，在政治、經濟、軍事與心理各個方面存在著深層的戰略意涵，也因為它的這層的意涵，事實上已經成為以色列的戰略性武器。
