台灣地區青少年皮膚膚質研究及粉刺護理方法

年輕的肌膚容易有油脂分泌過剩及角質代謝不良，所導致的青春痘、黑頭粉刺及毛孔粗大的問題；台灣地區青少年男女之常見皮膚症狀之光學檢驗方法包括紫外光光學顯微鏡法(UV Microscopy)、白光光學顯微鏡法(Light Microscopy)、偏極光光學顯微鏡法(Polar Microscopy)，適合皮膚狀態檢驗，例如雀斑、粉刺，以及判斷的皮膚表面細菌群落種類。少男及少女（15~30歲）之膚質分析研究顯示，少女(83%)及少男(82%)也有相同最高比例的粉刺問題。這解釋了質地清爽不黏膩的產品更適合少女少男容易長粉刺的肌膚。在分析了粉刺形成的原因後，各種物理性、化學性的粉刺清除方法及粉刺護理之醫學美容也被探討。

The young men and women often have hyper-secretion of sebum and keratinocytes disorder which inducing causes acne vulgaris, blackhead and pore enlargement. The skin disorder symptom of young people in Taiwan could inspect by UV Microscopy, Light Microscopy and Polar Microscopy，and bacteria skin condition such as freckle and acne, as well as the bacteria colony on the skin surface. The statistics study of skin types and disorders related of young man and women (between 15 to 30 years old) demonstrates successively 83% and 82% of acne probability. It explained why young people choose the non-greasy product to suit their skin types. After describe the reasons of acne formation, several kind of physical and chemical method against acne and surgical acne treatment was also discussed
