改善染劑阿摩尼亞味道之研究

Reseach on Improving Ammonia Odor of Hair Dyes

摘要


「液晶」為一種油水界面活性劑,利用液晶的特性將染髮劑中阿摩尼亞結構所散發之臭味分子包覆,藉此遮蓋染髮所產生之臭味。研究過程透過液晶之研發自製,除了可以降低染髮產生的異味,且染髮劑的染髮效果不會因此降低,並探取對照組方式與市售染髮劑做味道及染髮效果的比較,其中的實驗流程包含以單一的蠟類做液晶之調配、自製液晶染髮劑之上色程度及耐水洗程度測試、染髮劑中阿摩尼亞含量之測試、自製液晶染髮劑之安定性、皮膚敏感測試等。透過實驗數據,證明自製液晶染髮劑可以有效進行染髮、經水洗過程亦不褪色、與皮膚接觸不易產生過敏反應、且安定性極佳,常溫下久置不分離、但自製液晶遮蓋染髮劑的臭味效果仍然有限,與廠商所提供之液晶染髮劑及一般的液晶染髮劑相較下,效果所屬中等。

”Liquid Crystal” is a grease surface-active agent with a character able to cover the odor molecule transpired from Ammonia structure in rinses, in other words, it may cover the odor emanated from hair dye. In the studying process, through research and manufacture of the liquid crystal, the rinse effect will not be decreased, much less reducing the odor produced by tints. Comparing the antithesis with the tint sold in current market in flavor and effect, such an experimental process includes the crystal concoction made by single paraffin (wax), the test of dyeing and washing-endurable level of the self-made crystal rinse, the test of the ammonia contained in rinse, and the test of the stabilization and skin allergy existed in self-made crystal rinse, etc. Through the experimental data, it proves that self-made crystal rinse can be effectively used in hair dye, and will not be faded after the washing process-not but that contacts with skins will not be easy to have an allergy reaction. With an excellent stabilization, this rinse will not be segregated even laying it at a constant temperature, but its effect to cover the tint odor is rather limited and ranked in a medium comparing with the normal crystal rinse and the crystal rinse provided by manufacture.
