四種人參及人參保濕液於皮膚有效性之比較

Comparison of Four Ginseng and Ginseng Hydrating Lotion on Skin Effectiveness

摘要


本研究利用Corneometer CM825 (皮膚保濕測定儀) -Germany, CK、Assessing the Skin Macro Relief by Replica & Light Transmission(皮膚表面粗糙度)-Skin-Visiosacn® VC98 和Video Digitizer VD300 -Germany,CK;評估西洋蔘、東洋蔘、吉林蔘、高麗蔘之美容功效。這四種蔘雖然都屬五加科植物,但因生長環境不同、產地不同,是否因此在美容功效上有所差異。試測東洋蔘(主要生長在日本)、西洋蔘(主要產地美國、加拿大)、高麗蔘(主要產地韓國)、吉林蔘(主要產地中國東北)萃取液,並將四種人蔘萃取液配製成玻尿酸製品,來探討比較這八種待測品的保濕、抗皺、撫平粗糙、使皮膚光滑亮麗…等美容作用的顯著性。我們將四種蔘配製成10mg/ml分別用水加熱萃取。另外再用四種萃取蔘液配製成1%濃度的玻尿酸製品。經由皮膚角質層含水量測定、表皮穿皮失水率(TEWL)測定、待測品對皮膚粗糙度改善及光滑度的測定,用科學實驗證實人蔘不僅能對皮膚有保溼功效,還可預防肌膚老化,防止皮膚粗糙,使皮膚潔白光滑等功能,實驗也證實用人蔘萃取液加上玻尿酸配製的產品有加強美容護膚的功效。

This study was to test the extraction of Dongsheng Ginseng (mainly grown in Japan), Ginseng (the main producing countries of the United States, Canada), Ginseng Ginseng (mainly produced in South Korea), Jilin Ginseng (the main origin of Northeast China) extract, and four kinds of ginseng extract Liquid formulated into hyaluronic acid products, to explore the eight kinds of products to be tested moisturizing, anti-wrinkle, smooth rough, smooth skin and so beautiful and other cosmetic significance. We prepared four ginseng 10mg / ml were heated with water extraction. In addition, four kinds of extraction of ginseng liquid preparation of 1% concentration of hyaluronic acid products. the improvement of skin roughness and the determination of smoothness were measured by scientific experiments. Ginseng was not only able to protect the skin from moisturizing effect, but also To prevent skin aging, to prevent rough skin, so that the skin white and other functions, the experiment also confirmed that the use of ginseng extract plus hyaluronic acid products have to strengthen the effect of skin care skin care.
