從古至今，愛美是人的天性，美是眾人所嚮往追求之物，固美容業因此產生，但隨著社會環境的變遷，美容業也不斷的在創新求改變，而有了醫學美容，醫學美容結合了醫學的專業知識與美容的技術能力，提供了消費者一個優質又有效的服務，加上現今生物科技的蓬勃發展，並廣泛運用在美容醫學的領域上。生活水平逐漸升高的此時，人們追求美的願望更加強烈，不再單純的只想變美，更希望能以美與健康提高人的生命品質。健康和美麗要內外兼具的同時，必須要抗衰老。抗衰老與健康促進的理論結合，生理、心理和社會三個層面的健康促進，來達成真正的自然健康抗衰老。再生醫學是抗衰老醫學發展最新有力的武器，而幹細胞是再生醫學的主軸。脂肪幹細胞ASC移植作為一種安全技術，而使用脂肪組織中分離出的基質血管部分（SVF）比的ASC更安全。SVF作為MSC再生治療的細胞來源具有許多優勢。在抗衰老與美容的應用上，將有相當的潛力。

Medical cosmetology combines the professional knowledge of medicine with the technical capabilities of cosmetology to provide consumers with a high-quality and effective service, coupled with the vigorous development of today's biotechnology, and is widely used in the field of aesthetic medicine. At a time when living standards are gradually rising, people's desire to pursue beauty is stronger. They no longer simply want to become beautiful, but also hope to improve the quality of life of people with beauty and health. Health and beauty must be both internal and external, and must be anti-aging. The combination of anti-aging and health promotion theories, and physical, psychological, and social health promotion at three levels to achieve true natural healthy anti-aging. Regenerative medicine is the newest powerful weapon in the development of anti-aging medicine, and stem cells are the main axis of regenerative medicine. ASC transplantation of adipose-derived stem cells is a safe technique, and the use of stromal vascular fraction (SVF) isolated from adipose tissue is safer than ASC.
