探討護理系學生於實習期間保養化妝與消費行為
The Study of Skincare, Makeup, and Consumption Behaviors of Nursing Students During Internships
摘要
本研究目的在於瞭解護理系學生於實習期間有關保養化妝與消費行為。研究對象為大學與科技大學之護理系四年級學生，採方便取樣，以問卷調查。結果顯示，在實習期間53%學生改變化妝習慣，選擇不化妝最多，因「要很早出門，沒時間化妝」；39%學生調整保養習慣，以減少保養最多；55%學生覺得膚質有改變，以粉刺增加最明顯，有47%學生認為膚質改變會影響實習表現。56%學生有消費行為改變，以大學生高於科技生、女學生高於男學生，而消費增加是在飲食類上。男女學生都認同「有化妝給人的第一印象比較好」，但是男學生對於「化妝可以增加我的自信」以及女學生對於「有妝感可給病人好心情」的同意度最低。本研究可以作為輔導護理系學生實習期間之皮膚保養參考以及為其設計適合實習期間使用的面膜保養產品。

This study aims to understand the skincare, makeup, and consumption behaviors of nursing students during their internships. The subjects of this study are fourth-year nursing students from the university and the university of science and technology. The questionnaires were collected using convenience sampling. The results indicated that 53% of students changed their makeup routines, with the majority not wearing makeup because they "had to leave early for work with no time to put on makeup " during their internships. Additionally, 39% of the students adjusted their skincare routines, with most students reducing their skincare practices. Furthermore, 55% of the students noticed changes in their skin condition, with increased comedones being the most prominent issue. A total of 47% of the students believed that changes in their skin condition negatively affected their internship performance. In addition, 56% of the students experienced changes in their consumption behaviors, with the students of university showing more significant changes compared to the students of university of science and technology, and female students showing more significant changes compared to male students. The increase in consumption was mainly focused on food. Both male and female students agreed that 'having makeup creates a better first impression'; however, male students had the lowest level of agreement with the statement 'makeup can increase my confidence,' while female students had the lowest level of agreement with the statement 'nurses wearing makeup can make patients feel more pleasant' This study can serve as a reference for advising nursing students on skincare during their internships and for designing suitable facial mask products for use during the internship period.
