The study aims to study the effect of applying VR integrated cosmetic related career work scenario simulation on the career development and counseling for students of five-year junior college cosmetics related department. The teaching strategies applied in course activities include "Didactic Teaching" "Inquiry Teaching," "Presentation Teaching," "Role-Playing Teaching," "Co-Teaching," and innovative teaching - "Situated Teaching." Students experience cosmetics and hair beauty related industries through VR to explore the workplace of career and intensively stud the professional skills for students' career development. The study adopts comparative research with objects comprising junior students from the cosmetics application and management department of a five-year junior college. The students underwent qualitative and quantitative comparison to analyze the influence of applying VR integrated cosmetic related career work scenario simulation on students' self-awareness, career awareness, career planning, occupation model, work context, work environment, and interpersonal interaction. The results reveal that career development course should be designed prior to on-campus internship to help students develop self-awareness. On-campus internship will supplement career awareness and off-campus internship will build up the career planning capacity. VR innovative teaching integrated with cosmetic related career scenario will help student acquaint the occupation by experience and will undergo career awareness, thereby generating the thinking capacity of self-awareness and building up the capacity for future career planning. Situated teaching integrated with career simulation interview will help students prepare for competition through actual interview. VR and on-campus internship allow students to experience the work place and explore the occupation, where the real internship accumulates the experience of interacting with other people.
本文旨在探討透過VR虛擬實境整合美容相關職涯工作情境模擬,應用於五專美容相關科系學生生涯發展輔導成效之研究。在課程活動方面運用的教學策略有「講述法」、「探究教學法」、「發表教學法」、「角色扮演教學法」、「協同教學法」,以及創新教學「情境式教學法」,讓學生透過VR體驗美容美髮相關產業,進行職涯工作世界探索,精深學生生涯發展之專業知能。本研究採比較研究Comparative research,研究對象為台灣某一所五專化妝品應用與管理科三年級的學生,進行質化與量化比較,探討使用VR整合美容相關職涯工作情境模擬對學生自我覺察、生涯覺察、生涯規劃、職能模型、工作內涵、工作環境、人際互動的影響。結果顯示生涯發展課程宜規劃於校內實習之前,協助學生自我覺察,校內實習輔助生涯覺察,校外實習建構生涯規劃能力。VR創新教學方式整合美容相關職涯情境,讓學生從體驗中認識職業進行生涯覺察,產生自我覺察之思辨能力,建構未來生涯規劃的能力。情境教學融入職涯模擬面試,以實際面試方式儲備競爭力。VR與校內實習場域,讓學生體驗工作世界與職業探索,其中真實的實習始能累積人際互體的經驗。
