＂Witchcraft＂ is the central culture of Korea and the basic foundation of the spiritual civilization in Korea. From ancient Korea till now, the wizard always plays an important role in the Korean history. The study of the Korean ＂witchcraft includes social customs＂, religious phenomena ＂and the political influences. The content of the＂ Korean ＂witchcraft is very rich. The witchcraft and rituals played an important role on the ancient theocracy of Korea＂. ＂The Korean theocracy aimed at controlling and governing the people with easiness. The traditional belief of the Korean was Shamanism. The＂ witchcraft is used ＂in several different methods and played an important role in ancient Korean politics＂. ＂My study focuses on the＂ witchcraft's ＂variety and the compromise of the political force in Korea. Above all, I elucidate the development of the different aspects on the witchcraft in Korea＂.
