一般認為,嚴羽《滄浪詩話》所標舉的「盛唐詩」,主要指唐玄宗在位期間的「開元」(713-741)、「天寶」(742-756)之作,這種認知影響明初高棅《唐詩品彙》,結合初、盛、中、晚四唐分期的論述形式,流布日廣,至今猶為通識。值得省思的是,嚴羽和高棅對盛唐詩時代界義的認知,是否可能對我們造成過濾、遮蔽?本文乃提出「唐詩盛世」此一更具包容性的概念,重啟論述,探究宋明之際詩學史上關於唐詩盛世的認知、判斷,在習常的「開元」、「天寶」之外,是否存在其他論述型態?若是,彼此間的關係為何?本文首先考察「盛唐」在古典文獻中的涵義類型,搭建後文可資參照運用的「前理解」。其次,依序踏查嚴羽、方回、楊士弘、高棅如何借用唐詩分期框架界劃唐詩盛世。研究發現,諸人的「盛唐」主指「開元」、「天寶」,幾無差異,但立論理據實頗分殊,且對「盛唐」之外其他唐詩盛世的認知、判斷,亦屬多歧,無法簡單化約。宋明之際詩學史的波瀾旋折、紆曲轉進,如斯清晰可見。
It is generally acknowledged, Yan Yu(嚴羽) in the last Song Dynasty, the concept put forward "Great Tang Poetry"(盛唐詩) at first, think its meaning is "Kai Yuan"(開元), "Tian Bao"(天寶). Then, His concept influenced Gao Bing(高棅) in the early Ming Dynasty, and now it has become common sense. But we should reflect, is this common sense correct and appropriate? This paper proposes a concept of "the Great Age of Tang Poetry", which should be able to show a broader perspective to answer this question. First, this paper examines the usage of the term "Great Tang" in classical books. Next, this paper discusses the Song Dynasty's concept of "staging on Tang poetry". On this basis, this article explores Yan yu, Fang Hui(方回), Yang Shihong(楊士弘) and Gao Bing's concept of "the Great Age of Tang Poetry". Through the research in this article, it can be seen that although everyone's views on "Great Tang Poetry" are not very different, however, their reasons are very different. Furthermore, they also have different views on the relationship between "Great Tang Poetry" and other "the Great Age of Tang Poetry", and even have some reflections and dialogues. The research results of this paper can also show the complex and tortuous face of the poetic history during the Song and Ming Dynasties.
