法律e化教學之發展與應用-Iolis教學軟體之經驗分享

The Development and Application of E-Learning in Law-Some Experiences from Iolis

摘要


「e化教學」乃在教學方法上強調以學生之「學習」為本位之教學理念,亦即:為達成「學」之目的而「教」。教學者應用現代資訊科技的種種功能,將知識生動活潑地呈現在問題導向的線上課程中供學生自由選擇。因此,教學的目的不再是直接傳授教師個人的權威知識,而是協助學生在提問與思考的反覆練習中主動獲取知識。 台灣的教育機構在「e化教學」的發展上,已經名列亞洲第三。而著重開發學生思考潛能的法學教育改革也方興未艾。有鑑於此,法學教育界應該把握時機,致力於合作規劃。化教學在法律課程上的有效應用。本文試圖以教學方法上的比較觀點,檢視晚近發展的法律e化教學,並藉此探求其中值得借鏡之處,以供作有志開發e化教學者的參考。而英國學界共同研發的Iolis教學軟體,正可以彰顯法律。化教學在協力合作、科技應用以及教學革新等各方面的特色,因此本文藉由鋪陳Iolis教學軟體的操作方法,作為討論e化教學相關議題的基礎架構。

Taiwan has been described as the third most developed country in Asia for 'e-learning' both at the school and university level. Taiwan legal education is therefore in an excellent position to plan cooperatively for successful use of e-learning in law. This paper therefore offers a comparative pedagogical glance back at the very short history of e-learning in law to discern themes, which can assist those who are initiating e-learning development. The examination of Iolis as a collaborative, technical and pedagogical development and its implementation is offered to provide a framework for discussion of issues in e-learning.
