心理健康在生命的極早期即奠立基礎,母親的愛是嬰兒之心理健康的關鍵,但許多內在與外在壓力卻干擾著母親與孩子形成依附關係,對孩子的終生適應造成不利影響。「母嬰治療」以精神分析理論為核心,並加入紓解現實困難、提供發展與互動訊息等方法,目的即在建立主要照顧者與嬰兒之間安全的依附關係。本文以作者於英國安娜佛洛伊德中心進修的心得出發,描述並例舉母嬰治療的適用時機、高危險群、原理。最後提出在台灣施行的潛在服務對象,以及第一線工作者如醫師、公衛護士、社會福利人員、幼教人員、特教人員等,在母嬰治療上所能發揮的「初步評估」、「衛生教育」與「轉介」角色。
The basis of mental health forms in the early stage of life. Affection from mother is crucial to infant's mental health while various internal and external factors interfere in the establishment of mother-infant attachment. The insecure attachment results in poor adjustment of the child. The aim of mother-infant psychotherapy is to develop the secure attachment between infants and their caregivers. It bases on psychoanalytic theories, as well as on the alleviation of reality difficulties and the imparting information of development and interaction. As a researcher in Anna Freud Centre, the author describes the timing, high risk groups and principles for mother-infant psychotherapy. The potential target clients for mother-infant psychotherapy in Taiwan are specified. And the front-line workers, such as medical doctors, public health nurses, social workers, pre-school teachers and special educationists who can play roles in initial assessment, health education and referral for mother-infant psychotherapy are formulated.
