摘要

子宮內膜息肉在停經後合併異常出血的婦女，是很常見的，但也可能合併有子宮內膜的癌前病變或癌症。利用陰道超音波及子宮鏡，子宮內膜息肉可以輕易的診斷及切除。但是對於沒有症狀的停經婦女，合併有子宮內膜的癌前病變或癌症的內膜息肉可能就被忽略了。本文將會討論停經婦女合併內膜息肉之診斷及治療。

Endometrial polyps are common in symptomatic postmenopausal women, and may be associated with benign, pre-malignant, or malignant conditions. Using transvaginal ultrasonography and hysteroscopy, endometrial polyps can be easily diagnosed and removed; however, endometrial polyps with pre-malignant or malignant features may be overlooked in asymptomatic women. Therefore, the diagnosis and removal of endometrial polyps in symptomatic and asymptomatic postmenopausal women will be discussed.
