目的:過去的研究報告指出單一劑量給藥作業能改善病患醫療服務品質;給藥作業之最終目標能為病患依醫生開列之處方時間提供正確之藥物,藥師在單一劑量給藥工作可以改善病患的藥事照顧。本描述性報告乃為闡明在單一劑量衛星藥師所擔負的工作項目。方法:本研究對藥師在單一劑量衛星藥局中的工作項目,以連續觀察方法來記錄其工作類別與份量,期間為兩週,以百分比和變異系數表示。結果:研究結果顯示1)藥師於每一工作類別中所使用的時間就每人每日而言,差異很大。2)藥品調配占藥師工作時間之49%。結論:本調查報告建議將藥師非專業性工作時間儘量轉移給予技術員,讓藥師能夠增加一些藥事照顧服務。
Objectives: Research studies have documented that the unit-dose distribution system (UDDS) can offer improvement in patient medical care. The ultimate goal of the UDDS is to provide the right drug and the right dosage to the patient for whom it was prescribed at the scheduled time. The pharmacist involved in the UDDS could improve the patient care. This study aims to characterize the pharmacist activities in a satellite pharmacy using decentralized UDDS. Methods: This descriptive study were undertaken to analyze the activities of pharmacists in a satellite pharmacy. A continuous time-and-motion observation technique was used to survey the pharmacist' activities during working time for two weeks. The pharmacist's activities were shown by the percentage and the coefficient of variation. Results: The study demonstrated that a) amount of time in each activity varied considerably from day to day, and from person to person. b) the pharmacists spent 49 percent of their time in drug preparation. Conclusion: The survey shows that the time spent in some certain pharmacist's activities could be allocated to the technician's which can increase pharmaceutical care services.
