The objective of this case report was to present the treatment proceduces and mechanisms of camouflage orthodontic treatment for skeletal Class III malocclusion with anterior cross bite and functional shift. A 26-year-old female patient complained of unsatisfactory lateral profile and poor teeth alignment. Clinical and radiographic examinations revealed frontal euryprosopic facial type and straight lateral profile with retrusion of upper lip. Spacing of lower dentition with dental midline deviation, and Angle's Class III relationship were presented. Because the patient chose not to receice an orthognathic surgery, camouflage orthodontic treatment with non-extracted method was used for the correction. Dental arch distalization by mini-implant and modest backward rotation of the mandible were conducted to improve her facial esthetics and occlusion.
