Abstracts

在臺灣，通科住院藥師訓練目前有六家醫院執行。住院藥師訓練就如同住院醫師訓練，經由住院藥師訓練，連結藥學教育的改制及藥事照護環境的改變，也讓藥師有能力參與醫療團隊合作。通科住院藥師訓練目的在於通過以病人為中心的直接病人照護，及行政管理等進階能力培育，也可以預備藥師進一步發展可應用於各樣藥事服務的管理與領導技能。

Parallel abstracts

In Taiwan, general pharmacy residency training is currently implemented in six hospitals. Pharmacists are capable of being involved in medical teamwork through pharmacy residency training in combination with the reformation of pharmacy education and the changes in the pharmaceutical care environment. The purpose of general pharmacy residency training is to develop administration skills and leadership that can be applied to various pharmaceutical services through direct patient-centered care and the nurturing of advanced administration capability.
