社區長輩健康篩檢聊天機器人之研究與評估
Research and Evaluation of a Health Screening Chatbot For elder Community
摘要
隨著超高齡社會的到來，非傳染性疾病成為多數老年人面臨的重大威脅。社區關懷據點扮演促進長輩在地老化的重要角色，尤其是透過初段預防的保健衛生教育和二段預防的疾病篩檢，是促進長輩健康和延緩失能的重要方針。然而，長輩社區之醫療專業人員不足，以致醫療專業人員無法深耕社區，這是目前面臨的問題。因此，本研究開發elder-friendly health assessment gamified chatbot（EHGC），旨在提供長輩快速且即時的健康狀態篩檢工具，並以遊戲化且友善的方式提供個人化和連續式的健康衛教。透過EHGC，社區長輩可以更快速與便利地獲得專業醫療專業的協助，而這也為解決醫療專業人員不足和無法深耕長輩社區的問題提供了一個可行的解決方案。

With the arrival of the super-aged society, non-communicable diseases have become a major threat to most elderly people. Community care centers play an important role in promoting aging in place for the elderly, especially through primary prevention of health education and secondary prevention of disease screening, which are important strategies for promoting elderly health and delaying disability. However, there is a shortage of medical professionals in the elderly community, which means that medical professionals cannot deeply cultivate the community. This is currently a problem. Therefore, this study developed an elder-friendly health assessment gamified chatbot (EHGC) to provide the elderly with a quick and real-time health screening tool and to provide personalized and continuous health education in a gamified and friendly manner. Through EHGC, community elders can obtain professional medical assistance more quickly and conveniently, which also provides a feasible solution to the problem of a shortage of medical professionals and the inability to deeply cultivate the elderly community.
