仰式出發動作技術分析

The Introduction of Technique of Backstroke Start

摘要


良好泳者,速度和耐久力固然是勝利要素,然而出發入水的距離和速度也是優良成績的重要因素,本篇以介紹邱文信(民91)所訂定出發動作的力學要素,並藉由此力學的角度分析探討仰式出發動作的優缺點。結論是仰式出發以較彎的背部(挺腰)做出洞式入水法較佳,但教練在實施出發教學技巧時,宜配合泳者肌力訓練,如仰式出發的洞式入水法需要較有力的上半身和下半身的肌力和柔軟度。

Hsu (1976) expressed that it is necessary are for good swimmer to have velocity and durance. But it is also important to have good distance and speed of jumping. The paper is to introduce the mechanical elements of jumping coming from Chiu (2002), and discuss the advantage and disadvantage of backstroke jumping in terms of mechanical elements. It is concluded it was better to bend one’s back to do the hole entering while starting. But when the coaches teach the technique, they shall command swimmers to do weight training because it needs strong strength and flexibility of whole body to match.
