從北京故宮藏《明宣宗行樂圖卷》看明代宮廷的體育活動

《明宣宗行樂圖卷》據傳是明朝畫家商喜的名作，描繪了明宣宗的遊樂活動，現收藏於北京故宮博物院。《明宣宗行樂圖卷》畫面縱36.7cm，橫690cm。分為六部分，描繪的是明宣宗朱瞻基在宮中的遊樂活動。全卷自右而左共分六段，分別表現了射箭、蹴鞠、擊鞠、捶丸、投壺及皇帝起駕回宮的場景，各段之間，以宮牆或屏障隔開。畫面中，皇帝的形象多次出現，帶有明顯的肖像性質，反映了明代前期院體繪畫的藝術風格。全幅色彩鮮豔，是寫實的院體工筆繪畫，細緻而真實地記錄了當時的宮廷生活。圖中明宣宗朱瞻基頭戴笠子盔帽，身穿淺色辮線襖式樣長袍，宦官身穿青綠等色曳撒，都顯示出明代早期服飾還遺留有蒙元服飾的特徵。
