To be an excellent athlete is not to reach the goal in one step. But it does not discriminate against age or sex to be a sports participant. Learning sports rules and tactics by on-site watching the competitions would be forward learning effects. Except players and coaches, referees were high involved in the conditions during the competitions. This study introduced the teaching design of integrating the referees' judgments into college volleyball courses. This article utilizes SWOT Analysis to discuss the application of this kind of curriculum design. The instruction provides students another way to participate in sports. In addition, it furthers them to realize the sport and develop their appreciation literacy. This design leads everyone become a participant on the athletic field and understand the meaning of fair competition. It can also develop the students' positive social concepts and interaction simultaneously.
