On the basis of the prime time for searching and rescuing from marine accidents, the Fuzzy Floyd-Warshall model of the shortest route was constructed to find the best answer for the shortest route and scheme while rescuing personnel in distress. By testing in the simulate case, it is analyzed if the aid resources of rescue authorities are enough. Furthermore, the least number of assigned rescue ships just for that marine accident and if rescue ships should be replaced are discussed in the meanwhile. It is suggested that the foregoing information should be integrated into the Ship Reporting System in the further research, in order to enhance the efficiency of searching and rescuing at sea.
