摘要

中醫治療某些皮膚與外科疾病有明顯效果，本文提出應用火針、小針刀、穴位埋線、採血片、中藥內服或外用等方式配合，對於皮下腫瘤、腱鞘囊腫、瘢痕疙瘩、帶狀皰疹、黃褐斑、痔瘡、雞眼、下肢靜脈曲張與銀屑病等九種外科疾病的治療方法。其中，臨床應用火針的種類有細火針、中粗火針、粗火針，另有三頭火針，毫火針等五種，隨著症狀不同而分別選用。

Certain skin diseases or surgical disease treated with Chinese medicine showed a significant effect, this paper presents the application of fire needle, acupotomy ( a small needle-knife), catgut implantation on acupoint, blood lancet combined with traditional Chinese medicine by internal or external use, for nine kinds of surgical diseases: subcutaneous tumors, ganglion cyst, keloid, herpes zoster, chloasma, hemorrhoids, corns, varicose veins and psoriasis etc, Among them, the type of clinical application of a thin fire needle middle-coarse fire needle, coarse fire needle, and another three-head fire needle, fine fire needle, which were selected with different symptoms.
