民宿是整體休閒產業發展的一環,屬於新興的鄉村旅遊型態。尤其台灣之地理特色、文化及自然資源多存在於鄉野之中,其中原住民「民宿」的經營特色即以富有原住民風味、濃厚人情味並配合當地天然資源、人文特色而能讓旅客體驗當地的風土民情,充分享受休閒生活。 本研究之目的爲探討遊客對原住民部落民宿業者所提供之軟硬體設施的服務品質評價、瞭解他們參與相關遊憩活動後的遊憩體驗及分析兩者間之關聯性,並進一步調查當地民宿業者的意見,從遊客及業者兩方觀點來整合出未來規劃及經營管理之方向。本研究同時採用量化及質性方法:質性部分透過與當地民宿業者的深度訪談來瞭解當地民宿之文化特色以及業者對民宿經營之看法。量化部分則透過問卷調查法,以住宿於霧台合法民宿的遊客爲研究對象,共獲得有效問卷261份。經由因素分析、單因子及多變量變異數分析、t檢定、典型相關分析等統計方法,加上訪談結果,整合歸納研究發現如下:一、民宿業者指出未來需致力於改善服務品質及強化民宿特色;二、民宿服務品質與遊客之遊憩體驗相關;三、不同背景特性之遊客在服務品質的感受上有差異;四、不同背景特性之遊客在遊憩體驗的感受上有差異。
The purpose of this study was to explore visitors' perceived service quality, recreation experiences and their relationships in the bad and breakfast context. The entrepreneurs in bed and breakfast industry were further interviewed to provide insights for future planning and management. Both quantitative and qualitative methods were employed: in-depth interviews of operators and a questionnaire survey on visitors. Data were collected on 261 visitors residing in the local legal B&B’s and were analyzed using factor analysis, one-way ANOVA and multivariate ANOVA, t-test, and canonical correlation analysis. The results of this study were summarized as follows: (1) The entrepreneurs urged the needs for improving service quality and enhancing the uniqueness; (2) Visitors' perceived service quality was correlated to their recreation experiences; (3) Visitors with different demographics revealed significant difference on perceived service quality; and (4) Visitors with different demographics revealed significant difference on recreation experiences.
