摘要

為促進油性塗料及其原材料可以實施高效簡易的游離甲醛含量檢測方法，特進行研究開發本項可行方案－高效液相色譜檢測油性塗料中的甲醛測試方法。能夠高效、準確地測定出醇酸類、丙烯酸類、異氰酸酯類固化劑以及UV塗料等油性塗料及其原材料中的甲醛含量。本項檢測方法措施簡易有效。對於需要進行油性塗料及其原材料中的甲醛含量的測試者，提供了有用的有關研究發展資料與方法。

In order to facilitate the implementation of a simple and efficient method for the determination of free formaldehyde content in oil-based coatings and their raw materials, a feasible method for the determination of formaldehyde in oil-based coatings by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was developed. The formaldehyde content of alkyd, acrylic acid, isocyanate curing agent, UV coating and other oil coatings and their raw materials can be determined efficiently and accurately. The detection method is simple and effective. The useful research and development data are provided for those who need to test the formaldehyde content of oily coatings and their raw materials.
