摘要

隨著我國新型城鎮化和鄉村旅遊的發展，民宿旅遊受到高度重視，民宿業逐漸在全國範圍內興起。本文通過介紹國內外民宿經營的發展狀況，其中著重介紹廣東省清遠市、梅州市、潮州市、湛江市四個城市的民宿開發。對其土地規劃問題、當地特色文化、經營者的市場意識、基礎服務設施、性價比等方面的研究，分析現存問題以及將可能遇到的難題，並提出可行性的策略規劃，使粵東西北的民宿度假村經營得以良好發展。

With the development of new urbanization and rural tourism in China, homestay tourism has been attached great importance, and homestay industry is emerging in the country gradually. This paper introduces the development status of homestay business management at home and abroad, which mainly introduces the homestay business of Qingyuan, Meizhou, Chaozhou, and Zhanjiang. The problems include of the land use planning, the local culture, operator’s market consciousness, infrastructure services, cost performance and so on. This paper will analysis of some existing problems, and problems in the future, and put forward some feasible plans, It make the business plan of homestay in the east of Guangdong, the west of Guangdong and the north of Guangdong a great development.
