目的：本研究探討大學女生在客觀與主觀自覺體重的關聯，以及比較有氧舞蹈教學影片介入（實驗組）與無介入（控制組）在社會體型焦慮、整體身體自我概念及運動行為意圖的差異。方法：參與者為286位大學女生，分為實驗組156位與控制組130位，平均年齡19.58 ± 1.68歲。實驗組觀賞有氧舞蹈教學影片，控制則未觀賞影片，在活動的前後進行問卷填答，問卷包含社會體型焦慮、整體身體自我概念及計劃行為等。結果：本研究發現大學女生有六成對自我體重感到不滿意；實驗組在觀賞影片之後，其社會體型焦慮、運動行為意圖增加，但整體身體自我概念下降；在後測時，實驗組的社會體型焦慮高於控制組，整體身體自我概念則低於控制組。結論：大學女生在觀賞有氧舞蹈示範影片之後，社會體型焦慮增加且整體身體自我概念下降，但運動行為意圖提升。針對大學女生主觀體重不滿的自我認知，與觀賞影片後所產生的負面心理壓力，本研究提出實務應用及後續研究之建議。
Purpose: This study investigated the association between female college students' objective and subjective perception of their body weight. In addition, with the intervention of aerobic dance instruction videos (experimental group) and without the intervention (control group) were explored and compared to determine differences in social physique anxiety, overall physical self-concept, and exercise behavioral intention. Methods: 286 female college students whose average age was 19.58 ± 1.68 years old were recruited as the participants, including 156 in the experimental group and 130 in the control group. The experimental group was administered to an aerobic dance instruction video and completed a battery of questionnaires. The questionnaires included social physique anxiety, overall physical concept and planned behavior scales. Results: Up to 60% of the female college students were dissatisfied with their body weight. Significant differences were observed in social physique anxiety, overall self-concept, and exercise behavioral intention in the experimental group after watching the video. At the post-test, the experimental group showed higher social physique anxiety and lower physical self-concept than the control group. Conclusion: Although the participants demonstrated increased social physique anxiety and decreased overall physical self-concept after watching the video, they showed increased exercise behavioral intention. With regard to the impacts of perceived dissatisfaction with body weigh and negative emotional responses after watching dance instruction video among female college students, future suggestions for practical applications and follow-up research were put forth.
