本研究主要目的為探討10公尺折返跑及三角形折返跑2種形式間歇訓練對少年足球運動員彈跳及盤球能力的影響。以24名國小足球運動員為實驗參與者,平均年齡為11±1.06歲、平均身高為132±7.07公分、平均體重為29±5.27公斤。訓練時間為期10週,每週3次,每次6回合。所得資料以二因子混合設計變異數分析進行探討,顯著水準訂為α=.05。研究結果顯示:經過10週訓練後,2種折返跑訓練方式對彈跳能力皆有提升,但未達顯著差異;十字型盤球能力方面,2種折返跑訓練方式亦未達顯著差異。本研究的結論顯示,10公尺折返跑及三角形折返跑間歇訓練,對少年足球運動員彈跳及盤球能力未有顯著的影響,因此無法改進少年足球運動員的運動能力。
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore the effect of different shuttle run training (10 meter shuttle run & triangular shuttle run) on CMJ and dribbling ability for teenager soccer players. Methods: The subjects of experiment were 24 elementary school soccer players age was 11, average height was 132 cm, and average weight was 29 kg. The subjects of experiment accepted 6 rounds for 3 days a week on 10 weeks training. The data were analyzed by mixed design two-way ANOVA, remarkable level (p< .05). Results: The results were shows improvement of CMJ ability both 2 shuttle run training after 10 weeks was no significant difference. Except of 10 meter shuttle run group, the triangular shuttle run and control group shows improvement of dribbling ability after 10 weeks also no significant difference. Conclusions: Based on the findings of this study, there were no significant differences of different shuttle run training on CMJ and dribbling ability for teenager soccer players, Therefore can not improve the junior football players’ athletic ability.
