空氣污染對人們建康的影響愈趨嚴重,僅次於高血壓、飲食和吸菸,空氣污染已成為全球第四大死因,尤其對於體質較差、氣喘、慢性病或老人的傷害最大。氣象預報一旦出現空污的警訊,就必須做好相關的防範措施,以避免身體受到無形的傷害。空氣污染的嚴重性也受到包括風向、溫度、氣候、地勢與區域等多項因素的影響,蒐集影響空氣品質的關鍵氣象因子,加以量化且適度結合成空氣品質指標,可以協助判斷空氣污染的影響層次與範圍,進而依族群的特質推論出適當的防範措施,及時且具體降低空氣污染對於人體的傷害。本文以空氣品質結合氣象因子為基礎,設計且開發一套空污及時防範App,主動蒐集空氣品質與氣象數據,且進行多層面的剖析,可針對不同族群的民眾及時建議空污防範措施,使民眾在日漸惡化的空污環境下,能夠持續保有健康身體。
The impact of air pollution on people's health has become more serious, second only to high blood pressure, diet and smoking. Air pollution has become the fourth leading cause of death in the world, especially for poor physical fitness, asthma, chronic diseases or the elderly. Once the weather forecast has a warning of air pollution, appropriate precautions must be taken to avoid invisible harm to the body. The severity of air pollution is also affected by many factors including wind direction, temperature, climate, topography and region. Collecting key meteorological factors affecting air quality, and combined into air quality indicators can help determine the level of air pollution. And the scope, and then according to the characteristics of the ethnic group to infer appropriate preventive measures, timely and specifically reduce the harm of air pollution to the human body. Based on air quality and meteorological factors, this paper designs and develops an App of air pollution and timely prevention, actively collects air quality and meteorological data, and conducts multi-dimensional analysis, which can promptly recommend of air pollution precautions for different healthy groups. The people can continue to maintain a healthy body in an environment of deteriorating air pollution.
