本專題研究,主要是設計切換離散式PID控制器,應用於常被使用在製造機器的電液油壓位置系統,進行定位及追蹤控制性能的改善。本控制器主要控制技巧是使用兩點式切換型離散式PID控制器取代傳統連續型PID控制器。經由實際之電液位置伺服平台測試,在歩階位置及弦波位置的命令輸入下,由實驗結果獲知所設計使用的控制技巧在追蹤控制精確度及響應速度上都有不錯的性能提升。
In this project, a switching discrete PID controller is used to improve the tracking performance of an electro-hydraulic position servo system, which can be found in manufacturing device. The key feature of this control scheme is used On-Off switching discrete PID control instead of the conventional full continuous PID control. The validity of the proposed control scheme is verified through practical testing on an experimental electro-hydraulic positioning device. In the cases of step and sinusoidal command inputs, the experimental results show that the proposed control scheme is capable of improving the tracking precision performance.
