研究背景:在高齡化來臨的時代,高齡者如何達到成功老化是值得大家去重視的,生理與心理的健康在高齡者預防醫學的角度來說,運動參與是不可或缺的一環。然在今日,瑜珈運動在國內外研究的成效,已被學術界所肯定,而中高齡者參與瑜珈課程需要建構出評估的標準,以利後續研究及中高齡指導員作為指標及參考。本研究主要探討中高齡瑜珈課程教學需求評估,希望藉由中高齡參與瑜珈課程瞭解其需求,建立瑜珈教學評量模式為目的。研究方法:經過文獻探討發展出研究工具「中高齡瑜珈教學指標建構調查問卷」,邀請中高齡者瑜珈教學工作者,做為參與德懷術研究委員。組成德懷術小組6名,並由德懷術研究方法,建構中高齡瑜珈課程教學需求評估。研究結果:中高齡者瑜伽教學指標面項與指標包含「老人學知識」6項指標、「中高齡課程設計能力」8項指標;「中高齡指導員領導能力與溝通技巧」6項指標;「篩選與評估能力」3項指標;「專業成長能力」9項指標,一共四個面向32項指標。據以提出具體作法,作為未來中高齡瑜伽教學規劃與執行的參考。
In the era of the aged society, it is worthy for everyone to pay attention to how elderly people achieve successful aging. From the Preventive Medicine point of view, sports participation is an indispensable part. However, today, domestic and international research about the effectiveness of yoga has been affirmed by academia. While middle-aged and elderly people participate in yoga courses, there is a need to construct the assessment criteria to facilitate the follow-up research for instructors as indexes and a reference. This study mainly discusses the teaching assessment of the yoga classes for middle-aged and elderly participants. The hope from the participation in yoga classes by the middle-aged to elderly is to better understand their needs. The establishment of a yoga teaching evaluation model is the main purpose of this research. After the study of past research, we developed our own research tools [An index construction questionnaire for elderly yoga teaching]. We invited Delphi technique experts and scholars to form a team of six members. By using Delphi technique methods, we constructed a teaching needs assessment of middle-aged to elderly yoga curriculum. Teaching yoga for the middle-aged to elderly include a total of four big categories and thirty- two indicators, six indexes of "knowledge of the elderly"; eight indicators of "curriculum design ability for middle-aged to elderly"; six indexes of "middle and senior mentor leadership skills and communication skills"; three indexes of "screening and assessment capacity"; and nine indexes of "professional growth ability". This puts forward specific practices, as reference for future middle-aged to elderly yoga teaching planning and implementation.
