摘要

Pelvimetry骨盆腔檢查可用於懷孕婦女評估其產道及骨盆之大小，藉由量測產道大小是否狹窄及骨盆位置，來評估生產時之潛在危險性。本文探討數位化影像工具之使用能否取代傳統檢查，以數位化影像工具進行骨盆腔測量，再利用數據進行統計換算得到相對應之數值公式，並與傳統照相方法做比較，雖最後皆都得到相同結果，但對於放射師而言，如何快速且有效率獲得具有診斷價值之影像，才是最佳之道。

Pelvimetry pelvic examination can be used for pregnant women to assess the size of the birth canal and pelvis. By measuring the size of the birth canal and the position of the pelvis, it can assess the potential risk of childbirth. This paper explores whether the use of digital imaging tools can replace traditional examinations, using digital imaging tools to measure the pelvis, and then using the data to perform statistical conversion to obtain the corresponding numerical formula, and compare it with traditional photography methods. Obtaining the same results, but for radiologists, how to quickly and efficiently obtain images with diagnostic value is the best way.
