摘要

本研究目的以介入性血管攝影在顱內動靜脈瘻管（Intracranial Arteriovenous Fistula，AVF）的運用，術中以Onyx凝膠進行治療，並以血管攝影評估其治療後的療效。本研究為73歲男性，疑似小中風入急診尋求治療，電腦斷層攝影顯示左側顱內出血（Intracranial hemorrhage，ICH）並有上矢狀竇血栓（Superior Sagittal Sinus thrombosis）的情形，血管攝影影像顯示，發現ICA跟ECA均有供應上矢狀竇的顱內動靜脈瘻管（Intracranial Arteriovenous Fistula，AVF）病灶，後實施介入性血管攝影，經由右側外頸動脈以Onyx凝膠進行經動脈血管栓塞。

The purpose of this article mainly evaluates the application of interventional angiography in intracranial arteriovenous canal (Intracranial Arteriovenous Fistula, AVF). A 73-year-old man presented to the emergency department for suspected minor stroke. Computed tomography showed left hemisphere intracranial hemorrhage (ICH) with superior sagittal sinus thrombosis. Angiographic images showed that Both ICA and ECA had intracranial arteriovenous fistula (AVF) lesions connected with superior sagittal sinus and the branches of Both ICA and ECA. Underwent interventional angiography and transarterial embolization with Onyx gel via the branch right external carotid artery.
