目的:為探討女子網球單打比賽每局競賽特徵與最高心跳率之相關。方法:受試者為一位優秀女子網球選手(20歲),參加2006年全國大專運動會女子甲組單打共四場46局之比賽,並獲得第七名之佳績。受試者於每盤比賽時穿戴polar無線遙測心率錶,同步量測與記錄整個比賽過程中之心跳變化,並以數位攝錄影機拍攝整個競賽過程,分析每局比賽時間(PT)、實際比賽時間(RPT)、帄均每點實際比賽時間(RPTPP)、有效比賽時間比率(EPT)、點數和(SP)、擊球次數和(SS)、每點帄均擊球次數(SSPP)、單位時間之擊球次數(SF)、有效發球與後續拉球球數之和(ESR)、帄均每點有效發球與後續拉球球數之和(ESRPP)以及最高心跳率(HRM)等變項的相關。結果:顯示各變項與每局HRM的相關係數分別為:ESRPP,r=.92;SSPP,r=.91;RPTPP,r=.75;ESR,r=.67;SS,r=.63;RPT,r=.56;EPT,r=.54;與PT,r=.42。顯示網球女子單打比賽每局之HRM與ESRPP之相關程度是最密切的。結論:女子選手帄日之練習應考量比賽節奏,並且把包含發球的連續擊球做為訓練的重點,將可在帄常就能充分適應比賽時激烈強度,而能在正式比賽的時候,發揮較佳水準與保有傑出的運動表現。
The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships between the competitive characteristics and maximal heart rate (HRM) for women's singles match during an official event. One elite female tennis athlete (20 years old) participated 4 matches, total 46 games in an official tennis singles championship in 2006 Taiwan University Sport Games and won the 7th position finally. HR was measured continuously during each match by Polar® Sport Tester 4000. In addition, each match was filmed and analyzed the playing time (PT), real playing time (RPT), RPT per point (RPTPP), effective playing time (EPT), sum of points (SP), sum of stroke (SS), sum of stroke per point (SSPP), frequency of stroke (SF in strokes/min), effective serve and rallies (ESR), effective serve and rallies per point (ESRPP), and HRM. Strong correlations were found between the competitive characteristics and the HRM for each game in PT (r=.42), EPT (r=.54), RPT (r=.56), SS (r=.63), ESR (r=.67), RPTPP (r=.75), SSPP (r=.91) and ESRPP (r=.92) respectively. It is suggest that the woman tennis training program should take consideration of these characteristics for the best performance during each match.
