摘要

治療牙根未閉合的未成熟恆牙牙髓壞死的目的，除了必須緩解病患的臨床症狀外，還必須維持其牙根尖牙髓細胞的活性。牙根尖未完全閉合的年輕恆牙牙根尖牙髓細胞具有良好的血液供應並包含可以使牙根不受干擾繼續發育的幹細胞，所以一般相信：未成熟年輕恆牙的根管治療若使用保留較多的牙根尖牙髓細胞的方式，牙根可以持續生長到足夠的長度、增加牙齒的穩定度以延長其使用年限。本篇報告討論使用氫氧化鈣與MTA治療牙髓感染的未成熟恆牙的方式。

The main goal of endodontic treatment for young permanent teeth with incompleted root formation is to maintain the vitality of the pulp cells near the apex. Pulp tissue in young permanent tooth with incompleted root formation has a rich blood supply and contains stem cells that possess a great potential to regenerate and keep the root formation response to damage. Therefore, it is believed that immature open-apex tooth should be treated as conservatively as possible to allow successful apexogenesis to occur. In this way, the permanent teeth can keep on growing to root fromated totally and increase its stability. This case report will present the endodontic treatment of young permanent teeth with different damage by using calcium hydroxide or MTA.
