摘要

遠心靴空間維持器在臨床使用已超過八十年歷史。主要應用在兒童第二乳臼齒在相鄰的恆牙第一大臼齒尚未萌發前提早喪失的情形，做為萌發導引與空間的維持。本文章分享兩名臨床使用遠心靴空間維持器的病例，並整理遠心靴空間維持器的臨床應用與自行製作方法。

Distal shoe-as space maintainer had used in clinical of Dentistry over eighty years. The main function of distal shoe is avoid space loss while premature loss of second primary molar, and guiding the eruption of first permanent molar. In this article, we share two cases who had been applied distal shoe as space maintainer and provide the tips for clinical use and self-made of distal shoe.
