摘要

乳牙融合牙（fusion primary teeth）為少見的牙齒萌發異常（dental anamoly）。常見的融合牙多發生在乳牙齒列，位置多在下顎，單側。其下的恆牙繼生牙常為缺失（hypodontia）。本病例報告一個四歲台灣男童，其下顎雙側皆有乳側門牙及乳犬齒的融合牙。經過環口放射線學檢查，其繼生恆牙之雙側側門牙及犬齒亦為融合牙。

Fusion of primary teeth is a rare dental anomaly. Fusion teeth are more common in primary dentition almost in lower dentition, unilateral. The succeeding teeth are almost hypodontia. This is a case about a 4 years old boy in Taiwan. He had bilateral fusion teeth of primary lateral incisor and canine teeth. After panoramic radiographic examination, his succeeding permanent teeth were also bilateral fusion teeth of lateral incisors and canines.
