The school children frequently have traumatic dental injuries due to falls and collision accidents, and then they come to see the dentist for help. Among the injuries, the maxillary central incisor crown fractures tend to be most affected and seen. The purpose of this article is to present a case of permanent maxillary incisor crown facture in a young girl. A brief discussion of the crown fracture about classification, diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis is presented.
