上顎正中門齒恆牙牙冠斷裂與修補：病例報告

Crown Fracture and Restoration of Permanent Maxillary Central Incisor: A Case Report

摘要

在牙科臨床上，常見孩童因跌倒或撞擊意外而發生牙齒創傷，進而前來就診情形。而在牙齒創傷中，上顎前牙牙冠斷裂情況最為常見。本病例報告即為一位7歲6個月大女童，因右上正中門牙牙冠斷裂而來求診，當次藉由玻璃離子體與複合樹脂填補，重建牙齒的美觀與功能，並在日後作持續追蹤觀察。並針對牙冠斷裂的分類、診斷、治療以及預後等方面進行討論。

The school children frequently have traumatic dental injuries due to falls and collision accidents, and then they come to see the dentist for help. Among the injuries, the maxillary central incisor crown fractures tend to be most affected and seen. The purpose of this article is to present a case of permanent maxillary incisor crown facture in a young girl. A brief discussion of the crown fracture about classification, diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis is presented.
