Treatment of a Case with Impacted Dilacerated Tooth and Dens Invaginatus
上顎彎曲阻生牙及牙中牙的治療報告
摘要
混合齒列時期如果上顎前牙區的牙齒萌發不順利常會引起病患及家長的注意。牙根彎曲（dilaceration）和牙中牙（dens invaginatus）都是一種牙齒發育上的異常現象。牙根彎曲通常會造成牙齒阻生（impacction）。阻生齒併牙根彎曲可藉由手術曝露（surgical exposure）及矯正牽引（orthodontic traction）的方式來達到不錯的治療效果。但如果癒後不好是可以考慮拔除該顆牙根彎曲的阻生齒。而牙中牙（dens invaginatus）因牙齒發育異常可能會造成牙齒型態大小的不一致或牙髓壞死的情況發生；因此建議使用相關齲齒預防性的治療（prophylaxis carious treatment）來保護牙中牙。

Failure to eruption timely in the maxillary anterior region during mixed dentition is usually concerned by patients or their parents. Root dilacerations and dens invaginatus are both the kinds of developmental anomalies characterized teeth. Root dilacerations are the cause of tooth impactions. Surgical exposure and orthodontic traction the impacted dilacerated tooth would performs well and achieve the good treatment results. But extraction the impacted dilacerated tooth is still considered due to poor prognosis. Dens invaginatus is a developmental anomaly and possibly causes inconsistent sizes of teeth or pulp necrosis. Therefore, prophylaxis carious treatment is suggested for dens invaginated teeth.
