二氧化鋯牙冠在兒童牙科上的治療：病例報告
The Application of Zirconia Crown in Pediatric Dentistry: Case Report
摘要
乳牙的復型與美觀一直是兒童牙科醫師面臨到的問題與挑戰，尤其是面對年幼的病人以及乳牙快速且廣泛性的破壞牙齒的特性。多年來牙醫師們常用的方法如不鏽鋼乳牙套（stainless steel crown），樹脂乳牙套（composite strip crown），瓷貼片不鏽鋼乳牙套（preveneered stainless steel crowns），開窗式樹脂不鏽鋼乳牙套（Open-face SSC）等等，各種方法各有各的優點，缺點以及限制。二氧化鋯牙冠（Zirconia crown）可以提供嚴重齲齒及根管治療過後的牙齒美觀的外型以及色澤，經過長期追蹤也有良好的穩定性，相信二氧化鋯牙冠可以成為乳牙復型的另一種選擇。

Esthetic management and restoration of primary teeth are challenging to the pediatric dentist, especially facing with young patients and extensively decayed teeth. Stainless steel crown, composite strip crown, preveneered stainless steel crowns, open-face stainless steel crowns are the treatment options we have been trying for years. And each option has its pros and cons. Zirconia crowns have provided a treatment alternative to address the esthetic concerns and long term stability on primary anterior teeth.
