Supernumerary tooth (ST) is defined as any tooth or odontogenic structure that is formed from tooth germ in excess of usual number for any given region of the dental arch. This case series study describes cases with multiple supernumerary teeth developing at different sites or ages, supernumerary teeth combined with odontoma developing at different sites and ages, and supernumerary teeth combined with congenital missing teeth. According to these clinical findings, It is necessary to make thorough evaluations for supernumerary teeth cases before making any treatment. After surgical removal of supernumerary teeth, regular follow-up is mandatory. If other supernumerary teeth or odontoma were found during subsequent follow-up visit, active evaluation, treatment planning, and intervention will be in time.
