This case report presents a 6-year-old girl with submucous cleft palate. Based on clinical and radiographic features presented, hypodontia and multiple caries were diagnosed. Full mouth treatment was arranged. Regular follow-ups will continue until the cessation of cranio-facial and skeletal growth, and then a definitive oral interdisciplinary rehabilitation was suggested. This report demonstrated the importance of early diagnosis of hypodontia from panoramic radiograph screening in submucous cleft palate patient, prognosis factors of primary teeth without succedaneous teeth, and the interventional timing of interdisciplinary treatment.
