摘要

印尼遼闊的幅員扼控印度洋與太平洋之間的海上通道，加上人力資源豐富，使其在東南亞國家協會中扮演舉足輕重的角色。印尼的地緣戰略位置具備發展成爲海權國家的條件，21世紀以來，國際舞台的重心逐漸從亞太地區擴展至印度－太平洋地區，印尼國防武力的發展將成爲其在政治與經濟之外能否扮演區域要角的重要指標。

Indonesia, controlling the sea lane between the Indian Ocean and the Pacific Ocean, coupled with its rich human resources, has played a pivotal role in the Association of Southeast Asian Nations. Its geo-strategic position has the advantages to develop into ＂Global Maritime Fulcrum,＂ and since the 21 century, the focus of the international arena has gradually expanded from the Asia-Pacific region to the Indo-Pacific region. The development of Indonesia's defense force will be a guideline for its ability to play a regional important role beyond politics and the economy.
