The legal doctrine as to protect the bona fide purchaser develops to meet the market need. In order to encourage transaction, the law establishes systems to insure marketplace safety through protecting the interest of the good-faith third party This protection system applies to the ownership of personal property and other rights of personal property that against the world. The second part of this article discusses the definition of the bona fide purchaser. the essential elements and the exceptions in Taiwan property law. This section also discusses when the bona fide purchaser can prevail on secured interest on personal property under the law.
