R型火警受信總機監控系統之設計開發

Designing a Supervision and Control System for an R-Type Fire-Alarm Control Panel

摘要


近年來,火警受信總機的使用因法規日益嚴苛而逐漸地受到重視,傳統P型受信總機因配線、查線與人工成本較為高昂,因此本研究積極開發R型火警受信總機,以改善前述缺點,並期望將來能完全取代傳統P型受信總機之設計方式。本系統主要架構是將迴路控制單元,主控單元及中文LCD顯示單元組成可連線之PC圖控軟體,以便於進行整體性之操控。為實現前述目的,本文採取以下方法:第一、利用dsPIC30F4011微控制晶片從事迴路控制單元對外部中繼器(模組)及感知器信號之擷取與控制命令之執行;第二、利用W78E52微控制晶片從事主控單元對外部總機面板操作及警報故障輸出之操控;第三、利用W77E58微控制晶片從事警報故障之中文LCD顯示及迴路設定輸入;第四、利用視覺化程式Delphi-Borland軟體開發的中文圖控軟體藉由PC強大的運算,顯示及資料庫處理能力,運用視覺化程式設計即時資料之顯示並於系統發生故障或警報時發出警戒信號。研究結果顯示:本系統之架構可應用於許多設備狀態之監視與控制;此外,由於相關之微控制器體積小,價格便宜,因此可推廣應用於許多工業控制器及消費性電子產品上。

In recent years, due to more rigid regulations, the usage of R-type fire-alarm control panels (R-type FACP) has been receiving increased attention. The development of an R-type FACP seeks to improve the routing and verification of the external circuit loop, which in turn can greatly reduce the cost of both routing and cable materials. This type of system is primarily composed of loop-control units, a main control unit and an LCD display unit, all of which are interconnected to operate with GUI-controlled PC software. The following methods are employed to ensure the normal operation of the R-type FACP. First, by using a dsPIC30F4011 micro-controller, the loop-control unit is used to read/write a signal from/to the external modules and sensors. Second, by using a W78E52 micro-controller, the main control unit is adopted to control the external fire-control panel and to issue alarms when the system is distressed or has sensed fire, smoke, and/or a high temperature. Third, by means of a W77E58 micro-controller, the LCD panel can display the corresponding distress messages through appropriate settings. Finally, GUI-controlled software developed in Borland Delphi can display the different fire-alarm message and its corresponding location. This software can also display the real-time FACP data and issue an alarm signal when the system has received distress messages from external modules/sensors, or the FACP itself. Through a careful integration of this system, the results show the strong capacities of this architecture when applied to many industrial control systems. Furthermore, due to its smaller size and lower power consumption, the micro-controller can be applied to many industrial controllers and consumer electronics.
